Press Play Presents Eject Party at Star & Shadow

Newcastle’s Press Play festival is already well underway with a line-up that puts many national film gatherings to shame, but this Saturday things are set to get even more special with the Eject Party at the Star & Shadow cinema.

Billed as a colossal evening of cutting, splicing and all things nice, the festival’s closing party is set to host an eclectic evening of film and music with PRMNT Vibes DJs playing alongside a showcase from Warp Films, followed by acclaimed People Like Us performing a live AV concert using found footage.

7” Cinema, meanwhile, will curate a special mash up of visual and audio treats on which to feast your senses with Pitchfork favourite, C Powers, mixing bright and lively beats indebted to the likes of J Dilla, Outkast and Gold Panda.
