Porkie Pies And The Sisters’ Demise
By Stephen Noble on November 16, 2010 in Stage
Tonight sees the opening of Pig Stew by Fiona Veitch Smith, a tale based around the three little pigs and a script that won the People’s Play Award 2010.
The play takes inspiration from the three little pigs story, and centres around three sisters arguing over what should happen to their father’s bequeathed pig farm, with a financial wolf blowing down their throats tempting them all into their own greedy thoughts.
We spoke to Fiona along with actress Jo Kelly about the play.
Pig Stew Opens tonight and runs until Saturday 20 November, with tickets costing £10 or £8 for concessions, available here.
