Preview: NARC’s 6th Birthday Party
So, what are you doing tomorrow night? If it’s anything other than coming down to The Cluny to partake in the glorious anniversary of everyone’s favourite music and mischief magazine, then you’re dead to us.
That’s right ladies and lords, this is (technically) your personal invitation to NARC Magazine’s 6th Birthday Party. As well as the usual cake, streamers, and vodka riddled lasses crying their eyes out, there’s going to be earth shattering performances from eye bulging noise rock bullies Nately’s Whore’s Kid Sister, the jangly introspections of Bird Island, wide-eyed nan melting songstress Natasha Haws, and smacked out Dali snake charmer Waskerley Way.
If this sounds amazing, that’s because it is.
There will, of course, be plenty of copies of this month’s delightful NARC. Magazine kicking around, for those of you who either a) don’t have one or b) didn’t get your copy of the special birthday CD. There’s also a whole heap of party treats and general vibes of good will and snogging.
We’ve set the door tax at a financially suicidal £4. Which means it’s actually cheaper to gain entry to this event than it is use the Metro to get there and back. Our accountants have utterly flipped their wigs at us for this one. Twats.
So we’ll do a little dance, make a little love, and get down to The Cluny for around 8pm.
