The Cluny Announce Birthday Weekend Line-Up

Party hats at the ready, as Ouseburn’s very own home of live music is approaching double figures this November and they’ve come up with an entire long-weekend of gigs, ales and exhibitions to celebrate. Feast your eyes, dear reader, upon this.
Thursday 1st November
Minotaurs + The Lake Poets (co-headline gig)

Friday 2nd November
Field Music + Warm Digits + John Egdell (full band)
£8 adv.
Friday 2nd November (Cluny 2) – in association with Jumpin’ Hot Club
Catfish Keith + Michael Littlefield

Saturday 3rd November
The Futureheads (full electric gig) + Young Liar + special guests

Sunday 4th November (Cluny bar, daytime) – in association with Jumpin’ Hot Club

The Thursday will also see the launch of a special retrospective photo exhibition in The Cluny’s gallery space, featuring a wide range of local photographers, each of whom have chosen their favourite photo taken at the venue. It will feature around 20 photographers, including Chris Moody, Alan Harrison, Charles Holley, Jill O’Donnell, Daniel Robson, Adam Hampton-Matthews, Julian Ive, Sarah Laquiz plus more to be confirmed and the exhibition will run throughout November and December.
They’ll also have a very special Cluny Tenth Anniversary ale, made specially by Wylam Brewery.
Tickets for all events will go on sale from midday on Saturday 29 September, and will be available from The Cluny direct for personal callers only and Ticketweb.
